1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial before any payment is required. You will not be charged during the trial period. You are encouraged to fully evaluate the Service during this trial. If you are not satisfied, simply do not subscribe — no charge will occur.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe and find that the Service is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. To request a refund:
- Email us at firstpick.ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address you used to subscribe.
- No reason is required, though feedback is appreciated.
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Once a refund is processed, your account will be deactivated.
3. Subsequent Monthly Renewals
After the initial 7-day guarantee window, subsequent monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
To cancel before renewal: use the /account command in the Telegram bot to access your Paddle billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the first payment.
- The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., key sharing, fraudulent activity).
- A refund has already been issued for the same subscription.
5. Service Outages
If the Service experiences a significant outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period at our discretion. Please contact support if you believe you are entitled to a service credit.
